Boone Theater, originally built in 1924, has been a pillar of the 18th & Vine Jazz District for nearly a century. This redevelopment effort, led by the Vine Street Collaborative, aims to transform the 45,000-square-foot building into a dynamic cultural and media hub. The revitalized space will host:​
